I suffered a burglary on Saturday, 3/11/2012 and called same day to register a claim. Assistance was provided and the property was secured. On 12/11/2012, called 0860100876 at 15:55 to follow up, I was told that no claim reflects. Strange, but registered the claim (2280975). Lesego Moloro said it be escalated to Red Alert for immediate help. Various calls were made by me thereafter, but the call centre line is impossible to get through to. On the 28/112012, I called 0860100876 at 17:26. Sandiswa willingly offered to escalate. She responded the next day but no response yet to resolve from correct department. On the 4/12/2012, I called 0860100876 at 16:55 as I couldn't get through again during the day. Morne, a team leader from Europassist stated that he will escalate. No response yet. I called today 0860100876 at 16:20 spoke to LeeAnn Morgan. She was rather abrupt and rude and stated that it's the wrong department (new registrations even though I selected the correct option). Offered no support even when hearing that the matter is outstanding for a long time. She stated that the number to call 0860112225 and speak to L Morolo. Once again, can't get through. Please help! |
