Want bad service go to Bruma Finance

I put a application in on Friday late, Expecting on Monday to get a quotation, nothing on Monday after a number of calls and a call center consultant that promised i would have the quotation before end of business. Tuesday came i called my sales consultant who is the only honest person i have spoken to at Bruma Finance. Who has told me it is out of his hands and will have to put me through to the call center. I then again spoke to the call center consultant who could not tell me when and put me through to her team lead. who promised to call me back at 13:00 today with feedback. i am still waiting for feedback or a quotation.

I need to get my car out and need the money but these people try the hardest to keep you from with drawing your application with stringing people along and lying, and never been able to provide a service that was actually requested.
