|I didn't want to complain and then I saw all the other complaints. Visited Capago in Cape Town on 19 April just to be told that I need to go to the French consulate. By this time I already paid the full amount to Capago. The lady stated that I would receive my refund no later than 20 days after that Friday. No surprise it's 5 June and I have not seen a cent of my money. No use calling the call centre or using the online chat because nobody is available. Can't believe a comany does this. This is ********!!!|
