INTERNET TOKEN THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BROKEN

2 Weeks ago I bought a R50 token from Capitec Bank in Balfour Park, I struggled with the token for a week as I was unable to make out the first digit - I THOUGHT THIS WAS A SECURITY THING, Eventually I kept putting in the wrong number and it locked me out. I phoned the call centre and they said they would replace it for free as it had a year guarantee. When I went to Balfour Park Capitec - PLEASE NOTE I HAD THE TOKEN A WEEK, MADE IN CHINA, NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CARE FOR THIS RUBBISH TOKEN. They said I had damaged it and must pay R50 for a new one. I said NO WAY. Now I understand why their rates are so cheap because their service is cheap. There call centre is useless to say the least. Like the saying goes if something is cheap you have to wonder why - well there you have it
