No delivery - Useless Courier/fnb service

We ordered a smart phone from FNB on the internet but heard nothing in two weeks. We then contacted FNB and they then only placed the order for us. It was then said that the phone will be forwarded to the Courier company Digital Planet Enginuity Couriers. It has been 8 days and still we have not heard a word. I contacted FNB to get hold of the Courier service number but FNB is with holding the information. You cannot even find the courier service contact details on the internet. We have ref numbers and everything given by FNB yet no smart phone delivered. This is very disappointing from FNB as they do not even follow up on the clients whether the phone was delivered or not. GET ANOTHER RELAIBLE COURIER SERVICE FNB AND FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR CLIENTS!!!
