No Response from Kampvegter to calls/mails from me

I have complained several times to Zelda at Kampvegter about my BMW thats been for repairs at Mr Johan Gouws of Mech Tech in Voorbaai in Mossel Bay.In November 2013 my car will have been there for 3 years.My car still hasnt been fixed,although Mr Gouws has been paid in full.I have phoned Zelda several times,the phone has never been answered.I have sent her a mail for the second time on the 18 June 2013.No response from her.On Monday 26 August I phoned another number at Die Burger and spoke to Samantha Meintjies.She said I must forward the mail to her and she will get hold of Zelda.Wednesday 4 September I mailed Samantha again,she then phoned me and said Zelda will phone me the next day.I still havent heard from them.On Friday I mailed Samantha again and told her that I cannot believe that no one is responding and that I am going to complain at Hello Peter.Still no response!
