Recently myself and 2 colleagues attended a CPR course presented by a certain company, afterwards we submitted the certificates to Discovery Vitality in order to obtain the 2500 Vitality points that are allocated for completing a CPR course. We did the course at the same time with the same supplier and received the same certificates. My 2 colleagues were credited with the 2500 points but to me they said that the supplier is not accredited with Discovery and they will not credit me with the Vitality points but at the same time they credit other people for it. This is without a doubt double standards, and very poor bussiness ethics. |
