LOTTO WINNINGS

I haven't been paid my lotto winnings there is no option to claim our winning on the fnb online banking, please fnb find a way to solve this matter, i have spoken to a few consultants they give me a run around, the money might not be much but i have a right to get paid my winnings. please sort this matter asap

I have lodged this as a formal complaint under reference 277447 and escalated it through to FNB Service Providers to investigate and they will be in contact with you.
