My Bank Cards Cancelled

I went into the killarney mall branch of FNB, I ordered a temporary card ,as well as a replacement card ,I was told my temp card will expire after 30 days and my new card will be delivered to the Midrand branch as per my request, 5 days later i noticed my temp card was cancelled,when i tried to use my funds,3 weeks later I decided to call the call center as i needed to access my funds, I was told my cards were cancelled,the temp card as well as the one i ordered, i then called the branch requesting an explanation, i was told, that the consultant did not issue the paper work from their side therefore my cards had been cancelled , not the branch manager nor the operations manager could come to a resolution as to how they will assist me, seeing as it is an inconvenience to me,I paid for my cards ,my card were cancelled and i'm expected to go back to a branch where people are incompetent,which should i have to suffer the consequences of someone who hasn't done their job properly
