rudest person ever

I had spoken ton fnb numerous times in regards with a matter that needed to be sorted out however lydia who called me today was probably the rudest person I have ever met she is obnoxious and wouldn't listen and tried to over power my voice if this is the service I get I will consider going to another bank!!!!! The slogan how can we help you was not the case here all lydia did today was upset me further than I was
