WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN, BAD ATTITUDE, HARASSMENT

We found a property with Godlyn rentals at 44 the beacon. They did all the necessary checks and informed us in writing that we had to pay R4600 deposit + R1600 and then another R4600 when we move in on the 1st. We gave notice at the house we rented the month before we had to move in, after we had paid the R1600 + R4600 they told us that we had to pay another R4600 which we didn't have and we would not have decided on this house if the had told us this extra fee in the beginning. The day before we had to move in the told my 9 month pregnant fianc? that we had to sign for the extra R4600 otherwise we couldnt move in and would have ended up on the streets. Everyone at godlyn admitted to the mistake but kate the owner was so rude and refused to listen and bragged how many people she has evicted (+-60). She has been harassing us every week for their mistake. I have rented allot of places with no incidents. This has been the worst experience of my life. The owner blamed the mistake of the extra deposit on the fact that the estate agent was new its not my fault she didint get proper training. We were treated very poorly by the owner and she does not have a clue how to deal with customers
