Bad Service and Management GRC Theme Park

Booked tickets via Computicket. Arived at park and were informed on the bill board outside that two rides does not work. Get inside and found the following rides does not work: Anaconda (wind to strong?), Miners Revenge, Big Wheel, Run away Train( Wet ?) and Ship. Due to puplic holiday it was long waits for the rides that at least does work. (The less popular rides). Waiting an hour and half for the Lodge, get to the end and it has broknen down. Finaly the Anaconda is working at the end of the day, Waiting for almost an hour geting at the end the ride is closed due to rain.

Security is perfetic. Poeple jumping ques without any control. Terrible loud music playing there. The worse experience I ever had at Gold Reef City Theme Park, will never go there again.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We welcome constructive feedback as this allows us an opportunity to develop our park in continuing to cater for our guests needs.

We fully appreciate how you feel at having to queue and not experiencing your favorite rides. We can only apologise that our big rides were out of action due to mechanical failure and some due to the weather condition. Safety of patrons and staff is the Park's fundamental priority. We can agree and wish that the weather would cheer up a bit this holiday season!

We also do recognise that our communication system, the information board, didn't work for you.

With regards to the loud music and security attitude, this will be attended to and dealt with urgently. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience at our property.
