| My alarm system is not working from january 2012. We have report this matter since January, no one as attended to our query. We have contracted the call centre and spoke to Jackie, Charmaine and Ashika, they all provide us with misleading information, we required to speak to the owner of the business, they refused to provide us with his contract number. This is by far the worst security company. I already paid for the service in advance. | |||||
