I've used Karebo Systems at two different houses of mine. The first time I used them the sign up process was easy and they confirmed everything well in advanced. I received sms's to confirm the appointment but that is where everything went wrong. My appointment was for 16:30 on a Friday afternoon. The installer arrived on time but then promptly told me that he had to fetch his partner down the road and that he would be another 30min. 6 calls to the call centre, multiple promises from managers and 2 hours later the team returned to do the installation (not sticking to any of their promises) - complete lack of respect for my time and zero service delivery. I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day - however when I signed up for a second house of mine, the same thing happened. Different neighborhood, different team, different month, same poor service: 1:30hours late and the call centre and project managers are really not looking to stick to their promises or provide any real help. This is a very good idea and I love the initiative. Too bad the service of their contractors is shocking. If you sign up - plan to have your time wasted and be frustrated before you get anywhere |

Hello Drew-za, I have had a look at this and it is 2 different teams as you say. We have asked the teams not to give specific times but a time range say all morning, all midday or all afternoon to ensure that we do not frustrate customers if they are late. There are genuine cases when an earlier appointment takes longer but there are also cases where the teams are responding to unscheduled appointments - example they are at your house and you neighbour sees them there but is not in the schedule and they do that appointment and they they entire day's schedule drifts. Since they are paid on progress they see this as opportunity to squeeze more appointments in and that is when the system does not work too well. We are trying to find ways around this.
