Pathetic service

I have enrolled in the residential mass rollout program and agent from Karebo systems gave a call back to make an appointment for Wendesday 2012/01/23, I phoned in today to confirm appointment and all of a sudden there is no trace on their system regarding my appointment, I have phoned now 3 times to get this sorted out and everytime I get feedback that the agent in my area is in a meeting.

After holding for almost 30minutes on the phone with Josie Orange I was told that she could not find any agent who can assist me and then spoke to Rose who assured me an internal team from Karebo would attend tomorrow mornig at 10am, "Lets see if this really happens"

Is this really the partner Eskom teams up with to provide a service to the public. This is REALLY PATHETIC!!!
