Good day I have been receiving calls and visits from a debt collecting agency (MBDLC, CONTACT NO 011 5604418) about non-payment of a HERITAGE ACCOUNT that someone has used my identity number but different name to open up. The name used was A. MOODLEY. I am A. SEWDUTH, never married or divorced. This can be verified with home-affairs dept. When I queried more information from the agents about this Heritage company, he was not able to give me any contact details for them or what was purchased, the date or the amount purchased for. Now I have received an sms from MBDLC saying that they have submitted notice of non-payment to XDS credit bureau. I am at my wits end trying to understand what the account is for and I have tried calling the call center but no one answers to give me an explanation as to what this is about. |
