What is happening to you Monster South Africa!!??!!??!!

I'm having a problem contacting Monster South Africa. I can't get hold of Monster at all. I went to their "Franchise" in Northlands business park according to the physical address on the can, and found out that it wasn't even a franchise, it was Zambezi Beverage company who also sell Seltzer [I.E not Monster]. They gave me a number of a 2 people, said they don't do Monster anymore as they are doing bad. Gary was one of them but it was all a dead end.

There's no space to type on their facebook page, numbers just ring, emails not answered, nothing received. And I have an excellent idea for them. It's so frustrating, they're a big company, how do they communicate with their target market? Am I the only one who see's an error here?
