My name is Sipho Mtshaki, i live at 671 Korana street in Lindhaven (Roodepoort). ID no 6505245776085.My car, a BMW 320I was hijacked at gun point on the 9th of July , last year 2012. the police responded in 30 Minutes. A statement was taken on the very day by the police. the case number given to me was 336/7/2012.The insurers were notified , and they came to investigate several times. The documents that they wanted to expedite the case were given to them. Now every time i call to inquire about the case i,m told the claims committee has not sat or will be sitting the following day. Unless i call nobody bothers to come back to me. Somebody advised that i approach the insurance ombudsman or your services. kindly help me in this regard.My insurance policy number is cp101516812. |
