Bad customer service and ****
|Bought 30 pts in 2002, only been able to use it 4 times to date because you can never go to a place of your choice-main reason that it's fully booked! Not so! A booking must be a year in advance! In 2012 we were forced to use our points or loose it, only place available was a resort less than 50km from our house - 49 pts for 3 nights. Normal rates R1 100p/n. So 49pts=R3 300 for which you pay -R9 100 as management fee (1 2/3 years). Does not make sense! Seems like I paid R24 000 for nothing! After lots of calls to a lot of people with empty promises of managers that would contact me, I told the QVC person that I won't be paying the fees until an agent in Cpt sees me because I want to sell my pts - back to QVC! not someone else. One person called me from Dbn to ask why don't I pay, whether I'm in financial difficulty! QVC quickly handed me over to debt collectors. Like so many other people, I've been **** to after being lured into a trap with empty promises, starting with a scratch card and now I don't want this rubbish! I smell a rat. Why was the Carte Blanche investigation gagged? Something to hide? This SCHEME needs to be exposed!|
