|Hi upgraded in March 2013 At Vodacom shop in East Rand mall, the sales person that help us was very keen to help us after telling us this is a very good phone we took his advice and took the following phone( Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance GT-S6800 ) to my dispute it is a big mistake this phone is a piece of rubbish, since i have this phone it's battery only keeps 6-7 hours then i must recharge and every time it freezers I must reboot and when I want to make a call or receive calls I cant because it freezers and once more needs to be rebooted.I have taken it to the Vodacom shop where I got it ,they sent it in for repairs after 6 weeks i got the phone back and it still does the same. Please give me some advice or I will go to the press and tell them what a load of rubbish this phone is. Thanks Louwrens|
