ACCOUNT PAYMENT

Received an invoice 13/01/2014 for 2 days(4&5 Dec) expired date for discount was 13/1/2014. Tried to pay the account to receive discount 13/1/2014 sanral system off line at Centurion Office. Tried to pay the amount at FNB (FNB banking details on invoice). Supervisor at tellers told me they cannot accept deposits for sanral only accepts EFT's....., what about customers that do not have online banking!!! this morning sanral paysystem on line, takes 45minutes to help one customer. 15 people in the que, one must take a days leave at your work to pay an account. phoned call centre and Phindile told me....discount date expired and I am countable for full amount on invoice which is 3 times the amount which is indicated on the board before the gantry.
