Impossible to log in with given Pin number

I registered an account with Sanral and received a pin number. I tried several times to log in to enable me to see at least a proper account or details of the roads I've used and IF it was in fact MY car with MY registration number. I'm NOT prepared to pay another user's bill if I did not use the specific freeway. It's impossible to log in and totally impossible to try and get a proper account, neither on the website nor via the call centre. The "overdue" e-toll fees I have to pay (refer sms) are NOT the fees they've advertised.
