Proof of toll gate usage/invoice

I've paid for the e-toll gate usage at a e-toll kiosk after my return from vacation. I requested proof of toll gate usage, and the response was that they cannot provide such proof as I'm not a e-tag registered user. I e-mail SANRAL with the same request and got a response requesting my e-tag number. I do not want to register as I'm not using the e-toll roads often. I want SANRAL to provide proof of utilsation within their stipulated 7-day pay period as a way of verifying the correctness of their info as well as a clear statement detailing the cost for each toll gate used. All these info should be on their system, even at the kiosks - so why the SANRAL refusal to provide the info. If SANRAL can send a response to my e-mail address, they surely could use the very same system and effort to e-mail an invoice with all the details as requested by me?
I want to sent SANRAL registered mail with the same request; unfortunately I could not find the SANRAL postal address on a website. I believe that all non-registered toll gate users should send SANRAL registered mail requesting the necessary details. Their mission statement say they want to be a proficient service provider - they are failing
