Sanral website bombs out
When I try to login to my e-toll account the website just returns me to the login page again, or in the rare event that I can access my account, it kicks me back to the login page again when I try to update my vehicle information. When I use their page to lodge a complaint, it even gives an error after I send the form. This has been going on for a while.
Their website is very poorly designed and unstable from a user point of view. How do they expect us to pay our accounts if we cannot even access our accounts?
