Horrible horrible service.

It's been 16 days, probably 10 emails, and 5 calls later without a proper response from Tiger Tiger in Menlyn. I have been trying for the past two weeks to book a table/seats for my sister's Bachelorette party, but it seems as if the managers at the club have more important things to do. I have contacted the event's manager more than six times without a decent response. I have contacted another manager who does not answer his phone (who by the way told me in an email to call him...) I have even contacted the Head Office of Tiger Tiger. My questions are: Do they dismiss every client? What on earth do they do with their time? Are they worried about losing a potential client (or a whole party of woman) ? How do I get through to them? I am beyond frustrated and I have never experienced such poor and tragic service. My next step will be to contact the owner and give a complaint, but I am sure he/she will dismiss me as well, seeing that it is normal behaviour for the staff at Tiger Tiger Menlyn. I am very disappointed, they are not professional and I will not recommend the place to anyone.
