| I placed an order with Truworths Mall @ reds on 01/10/2012. When I went to collect it on 19/10, the item was dirty so manager returned it to the store that sent it. A new order was placed for the same top on 19/10. I have spoken to Head office customer service who advised the item of clothing was found on 23/10. But nobody can tell me when it will be delivered to Mall@REDS branch. This is unacceptable... | |||||

We can confirm that the Store Manager has contacted you on 13 November 2012 to inform you that your parcel is in-store and that you will be visiting our store soon to collect your parcel.
