I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from the Urban Wear Store at Menlyn. I enquired about an item in store and simply needed the sales lady to find me the correct size and request for it to be sent to their branch. i didnot receive a response for over a week and then decided to call in. The manager informed me that they didnt know when they would have stock but stock is coming in and she will call me back asap ... another week Later - stil no feedback.... Is this the idea of Service!!! I am so angry with the kind of treatment i received. Its appaling and i demand an explanation |
