LOST AIRTIME

I was on a R 324.00 Top-up contract for many years. I gave a month's notice to migrate to pre-paid on or before the 1st of Sept 13. On the 21st of Sept I ran out of airtime and loaded R 100.00 airtime but I lost all the next day. I again loaded R 275.00 and lost that too. The last statement I received was paid in full and I never received a final statement. I've now written three letters which were faxed to Vodacom requesting clarity on this matter. I made several calls and I used the online chat to try and resolve the matter. I was unwilling to keep having my airtime disappear and out of desperation I migrated to another service provider the following month. I use my cell for business purposes and I need to keep my number. I would prefer to have Vodacom as my service provider but I don't see my way open to return to them without having this issue resolved. All my calls and letters were in vain. All I got so far are promises that someone will contact me. Two months went by. No calls, no resolution. One of my reference numbers is S3-TS2Q-QWTYN. Hopefully I'll now get clarity on this matter and be able to return to Vodacom as my service provider without fear of losing airtime again
