Poor quality vehicle from Volkswagen

I purchased a brand new Polo Vivo in December 2010 from Claremont VW.I thought a new car would give me less hassles!I was wrong.I took delivery of my vehicle on 3 January 2011.2 months later the brakes of my car started shuddering and the glue from the roof lining starting showing on the driver's side.My car was booked in mid June at Barons Bellville and the brakes were fixed.In August 2011 my car went in for its first service and I asked them to check the brakes again.November 2011 my ignition started to act up.My key wouldn't turn especially if the wheel was locked.I called Barons Bellville again and my car was booked in early December to have the ignition looked at.A "new" ignition was ordered and installed late December.Shortly thereafter the same thing happened.I booked it in again, but the minute I fetched my car the same problem occurred.A VW employee told me that common problems with the Vivo was the brakes and ignition.In March my car went in for its second service and I spoke to the service manager who advised me to lodge a complaint on 0860434737. The lady that I spoke to said she would get back to me soon.That was March, now it's May and new problems have surfaced.
