Review of Ejx Auto
great service at the time, I need some assistance
Hi there
Your service was great in 2008 when I bought my car from you. However I have run into an issue now, and am looking for information on the service you arranged and paid for when I bought my car in 2008. Please can you contact me urgently.
thanks
Lauren

Enough is Enough Now!!!
I bought A car in 2013 from EJX Auto the service was bad from the start and when the did deliver the car the registration documents was not with. I was told it would be delivered to me in the following week. every time I called I was told someone would call me back. In 2014 when the licence disc expired I went to licence department to try and renew the licence disc but they informed me that the car was still registered to EJX Auto. I phoned and was again told someone would contact me. I then went in and said someone best help me now or I will open a case against them as I have proof of payment it was a cash deal. I then got told to speak to meshay(not sure of spelling) I spoke to her she claimed they needed to request duplicates in order to process the change of ownership. I was phoning weekly when all of the sudden no answer only to find out the have closed down. I have tried to resolve the situation in the most peaceful manner however I have no had enough. I am stuck with a car I can not sell as technically it is not mine, and I can not drive it as I get a fine each time I am pulled over I get a fine for the expired licence disc. Now its attorneys and police station

Pathetic Service at Renault
My Megan is at this branch for repairs. For the last 4 months I have struggled to get Divan to call me back he even claimed that my cars computer box was faulty then he said the wiring was damaged and this after a struggle of 2 weeks to get hold of someone at this branch. We had to drive to the premises and then they promised to look at the problem and get back to me that was November.
Renault your after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced from any car dealer.

You don't seem to have the ability to com back to customers or give any after sales service. Seems like you only employ people in the workshop that can invoice but NO WORK gets done. Pathetic.

DONT EVER SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE
To sum up, Big Boy offers the worst service ever. My brand new bikes gearbox (5th gear) started slipping 3 days after i took delivery. Ive been in contact with their head office, the regional manager of Western Cape and SAM, all of which are completely hopeless. I have email evidence of everything that was said to me, and i am still accused of lying. They refused to replace my bike, they refused to give my money back, instead i was offered repair, which i had to accept. The regional manager doesnt even bother to step in. My bike is standing at the dealer for 8days now, without it even being seen to. They dont care about their customer. Parts have not even been ordered as yet. Dont even get me started on their mechanic. Take my advice, rather buy Motomia or anything other than Big Boy. Flip, rather use public transport. I guarantee it will be less painful than dealing with this brand. To Big Boy, you have caused me much inconvenience, and alot of uncalled for BS. You suck. I will bad mouth you everywhere i go.

Gross incompetence and ignorance
Less than 2 months ago I had my car sent in for a general check up and to have the squeaking sounds my engine makes when the car is started fixed. The car was kept overnight and we were told to come pick it up the next morning. When the mechanic or whoever he was went to start the car I heard the squeaking noise again and instantly remarked that they hadn't fixed it. It remained there for another night and was thankfully fixed. Now, less than 2 months later, my battery is completely drained and my fan belt shredded...all this after a general check up. This service station used to do good business and this was my reason for return. Unfortunately due to their now negligent attitude I have an overheated car and no way to get it fixed unless I pay them once again. I phoned the branch manager who treated me as though I was an idiot telling me the problem \definitely"occurred more recently which I know to be untrue as I have serviced cars before in my previous occupation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING MONEY STOLEN AND BEING TREATED LIKE AN IMBECILE."""

Bad service
I serviced my car in December 2014 and there were no other problems on the car. Audi advised me they had to change a part on my steering wheel, since then I have been in and out of the garage for 4 weeks. Soon after, the engine misfired, the shocks were off, engine light went on and off and steering wheel jammed. In that period I have requested a courtesy car but I was denied despite being without a car for 3 weeks. They disredargded my safety. The car was shaking like farm bakkie on gravel.

This has been the worst sexperience ever with a dealership. Even now I dont have a car and despite my almost 4 week cry, I have not been offered a courtesy car. They say that they are fully booked, but I see them parked outside. This is definitely racial profiling, as I saw other people get courtsey cars.

This is really disgusting at this time and age. Audi SA is shameless. I regret ever buying an Audi because of the past month.

Renault Clio 4 - badly put together - stay away !!
I purchased a new Renault Clio 4 in October 2014 - my car has gone back to the dealer 4 times in the last four months but this time its the worst - my car has been there for two weeks due to parts on back order.
Where have you heard that a brand new car needs brake lining and the whole fuel tank needs to be replaced.

Before the brakes needed replacement and the fuel tank needed to be replacement, I was stuck on the highway with engine malfunction, my cars front windows were loose, the back seat was squeaking. Is this normal for a brand new car. My problem is how badly this car has been put together and there is nobody that can help. All the dealer can do is repair, which I understand they did no manufacture the vehicle and SA Renault call center, what is their purpose, who knows ? Very Very disappointed !!!!

Repaired exhaust -damaged Aircon. and bad attitude
I took my car for catalytic converter change of my car. Got the car back and pipes of my air-conditioner have been bashed and cracked. the aforementioned air-conditioner was serviced and repaired just 2 days prior to taking my car into POWERFLOW . A day afterii get my car back from POWERFLOW Pinetwown I discover that my air-conditioner is not longer working AT ALL. so when I take it back to POWERFLOW the manager Mr Lance Massey tell me stories about how his employee discovered the cracked pipe before they worked on it. neither the employee nor Lance brought my attention to this during the course of the day or when I collected my vehicle. I find this unprofessional and for a brand as large as \POWERFLOW"to have such poor standards of workmanship and ethics is appalling. I have got all receipts from the air-conditioning services. and then he basically tell me that he cant help me sort out the problem and swore at me. """

I was in need of a new turbo for my Golf 4 GTI 1.8T 132KW 2003. VW was totally ridiculous with their prices. I got the same brand and specification turbo for my Golf from Turbo Direct for a quarter of the price that VW quoted me. It has been 2 and a half years since the new turbo was fitted and still working perfectly. Still very happy with the unit I purchased from Turbo Direct. Thank you Turbo Direct for providing a very necessary service to car owners!

Jennifer
Benoni
