Terrible Shocking Servive

We reported a problem with blocked drains on 26 December 2016 with reference number ********** . On the the 6th of January 2017 I lodged a complaint on the e-Siyakhoka website reporting that although we phone every day, we still have not seen or had any feedback from theit water and sanitation department

getting more and more desperate i asked for a new reference number in the hope that this will receive a response on 6 January - reference number ********** . no response although i have been calling at least 5 times per day since 26 December and begged for assistance.I called the supervisor number ********** 349 exactly 15 times today Sunday 8 January 2017 from 11h00. Someone answers the call but makes a couple of jokes with collegues in the background and then hangs up. There is a serious health issue and Ekurhuleni does not care and the service is PATHETIC!!!!!!
