Since you continue to refuse to refund my money, I feel ****med and taken advantage of. I am no longer interested in banking with GoTyme. I am formally requesting the immediate closure of my GoTyme account. Please do not ignore this request. Close my account and provide written confirmation once it has been closed. I want nothing further to do with your bank.

Locked Banking app PIN
Ntokozo helped me a lot , my banking app was locked due to incorrect pin. He unlocked it and explained fully what I need to do. I like the fact that I was transferred to another agent it was a 1 stop shop. Even on the call queue it was less than 5 minutes waiting time. Go tyme you have an excellent service
